Show target Baseline linked to in source module traceability column

Hi All

We link to specific baselines a lot for requirements, and the Test folks would like an easy way to see the baseline that is being linked to in the requirements view of a spec, while looking in their test views.

I could provide them with instructions on how to look at the layout dxl that defines the baselines to show for the recursive traceability, but it seems like there'd be an easier way.

I've been trying to create an analyis wizard column with a generic attribute, then replacing it with something that would pull in the attribute that would display the baseline that is being linked to.

So far I've been unable to figure out how to insert modver or the like into the code to accomplish.

Any ideas on how to show a column in the source module that displays the baseline of the target module being linked to in the source module?

Thanks
Rich

so ummm, ya, derp.

was making it way too hard on myself. All you need to do if your links are pointing to a specific baseline of a module is to run the Analysis Wizard and choose Module Name (with or without path), and the column will show the name of module with the BL number as follows: "Module Name BL #"
